Presentation of the LIREIMO Laboratory

The LIREIMO Laboratory (Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Research in Economics, Innovation and Management of Organizations) is attached to the National School of Commerce and Management of Casablanca. It brings together 17 permanent members as well as associate members from various disciplines such as economics, innovation, finance and management. The laboratory conducts research to address current socio-economic issues and propose innovative solutions for the sustainable development of organizations.

Missions and axes

LIREIMO adopts an interdisciplinary approach aimed at producing high quality research, valued through scientific publications and events. Its main tasks are:

  • Promote collaboration between disciplines to foster scientific innovation.
  • Develop partnerships with companies and public institutions for action research projects.
  • Participate in national and international research networks to increase dissemination of results.

The laboratory's work focuses on four main areas: economic intelligence, finance, economic analysis and CSR, to understand and support organizational transformations.

General Organization

LIREIMO is structured into specialised research teams, led by a Directorate1 Laboratory Council and one General Assembly. This organisation ensures transparent governance and the implementation of ambitious research projects.

Impact and Partnerships

The laboratory values its work through academic publications, participation in international conferences and the organization of scientific events. In addition, LIREIMO develops partnerships with public and private actors to apply its results to concrete issues and influence public policies.

LIREIMO's mission is to contribute to scientific progress by establishing a strong link between academic research and the socio-economic world, for the sustainable and responsible development of organisations.
