Team Leader

Siham Hamdani is professor-researcher of management sciences at the ENCG Casablanca. In her work, she explores the links between economic intelligence, digital transformation, smart cities and social and inclusive innovation in emerging contexts.

Hanane ROCHDANE

Member

Professor of strategic management and human resources, Hanane Rochdane has over 25 years of experience in higher education. She is involved in research projects related to smart cities and sustainable development.

Rachida AALLALI

Member

An expert in human resources management, Rachida Aallali specializes in job and skill forecasting (GPEC). She has held several positions of responsibility within the Ministry of the Interior.

Siham JABRAUI

Member

Siham Jabraoui is a PhD in Information Systems Management and specializes in ERP integration and digital transformation of companies. She is a qualified professor at ENCG Casablanca and has held positions of responsibility in IS management.

Ali KAFOU

Team Leader

Ali Kafu specializes in Islamic financial engineering. His research examines screening and risk management mechanisms in sharia-compliant financial markets, providing methodological analyses on financial compliance.

Mohammed IBRAHIMI

Member

Expert in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, Mohammed Ibrahimi is a professor at ENCG Casablanca and author of several reference books in his field.

Yassin REGRAGUI

Member

Yassine Regragui is an expert in finance and management control. He teaches at the ENCG Casablanca and works in several Moroccan institutions. His research focuses on digital transformation and financial governance.

Nafii ITENRISSOUL

Professor of Higher Education at ENCG Casablanca, Nafii Ibenrissoul has more than 13 years of experience teaching business finance and market finance modules.
His research focuses on behavioural finance and sustainable finance, where he is interested in new dynamics and financial issues. Its areas of expertise include corporate finance, market finance and analysis of financial behaviour in a context of sustainability.

Mohammed KEHEL

Pr. Mohammed KEHEL, lecturer at ENCG Casablanca, is conducting research in the territorial and monetary economy. His career, marked by administrative and educational responsibilities, contributes to the analysis of economic issues in the Moroccan context.

Rizlane GUATI

Professor of economics at ENCG Casablanca, Rizlane Guati specializes in macroeconomic modelling and foreign exchange policies. She works with various international research laboratories.

Adil BOULAHOUAL
