The Interdisciplinary Laboratory for Research in Economics, Innovation and Organisation Management (LIREIMO) established purpose is to advance knowledge in the economic and management sciences, with particular emphasis on corporate social responsibility (CSR), SME performance, managerial innovation and territorial development.
LIREIMO uses an interdisciplinary approach to produce high-quality research, valued in academic journals and through scientific events. Its main tasks include:
- Promote collaboration between disciplines to foster scientific innovation.
- Develop partnerships with companies and public institutions to enhance the impact of research on the ground.
- Participate in national and international research networks to enrich scientific reflection and foster academic exchanges.

The LIREIMO is an open and collaborative exchange space, where the diversity of expertise of its members allows us to address complex issues in management, finance and management control. It aims to provide concrete responses to the challenges of public and private organisations, integrating new management practices and emerging technologies.
In addition to contributing to the advancement of scientific knowledge through the publication of articles and participation in international conferences, the LIREIMO actively engages in training researchers and practitioners. The laboratory also works for its radiation by:
- The establishing academic and socio-economic collaborations to strengthen its actions on the ground.
- Lorganisation of scientific events such as seminars and doctoriales, promoting the sharing and dissemination of knowledge.
Through these initiatives, the LIREIMO aspires to become a key player in research in the economics, innovation and management of organizations, thus contributing to organizational transformations and the improvement of managerial practices
